Established in 2005, CEO and Founder Robert Iacopetta created IC Building & Maintenance as a design and construct company that specializes in construction works for NSW Government Schools.
Robert is a successful businessman with a background in corporate strategy and planning with specialized consultancy and project management skills.
In his 16 years of experience, Robert has designed and managed many projects resulting in becoming a panelist member for the NSW Department of Education and has established a reputable and well-known name in the residential building industry through his successful, timely and on-budget delivery of projects.

We pride ourselves on Day 1, Term 1 on all projects in the government school sector and we deliver a quality product on time and on budget in all aspects of our work.
IC Building & Maintenance also design and construct special projects and engage in specialist residential building and refurbishment projects.
